While growing up on a farm in southeast Utah, I developed a deep love and respect for nature, and my years spent photographing wild places in my region and other areas are among the happiest of my life. I felt a calming peace—a kinship—with the forests, deserts, mountains, creatures, rivers, lakes and oceans, and did my best to create images that capture and display my love for nature.
