Hey, everyone. I like to let you know that I’ve been nominated for Author of the Month for July 2024 at Spillwords Press. What an honor—and a surprise—this is! I want to thank Dagmara K. and her team for this wonderful bit of news. It’s so humbling to be nominated with a handful of other amazing writers, all of whom are deserving of this award.

  21. Congratulations Mike! Your poem was brilliant as your work never disappoints, and I absolutely loved your piece. It was just a tough playing field this month. A lot of talent to compete with but don’t let that stop you my friend. I have written 27 pieces for SpillWords and have been doing so for at least 4 years, so keep submitting. It is always an honor to be featured there my friend. Your poems stand out believe me. This one touched my heart so very deeply. We both voted for your beautiful poem.
